Eliminating pain: Too many people are living with some level of chronic pain in their bodies that doesn’t often rise to a threshold agonizing enough to seek a doctor or physical therapist. You don’t have to live with this discomfort with what is available today, drug free. Teaching my clients how to embody moving well along with empowering them with the tools and techniques to eliminate their own pain and discomfort is my greatest joy.

Whether you are a professional or amateur athlete, expanding your knowledge of your own physiology and your self care in order to better prepare for and recover from physical activity is a game changer. Identifying your body’s “blind spots”will allow me to choose self-treatments specifically for you to use on your own in order to increase your awareness and range of motion. This leads to an improvement in your athletic performance and significantly reduces your chance of sport related injury.
