Eliminating pain: Too many people are living with some level of chronic pain in their bodies – we don’t have to. Most of our pain should not be “medicalized” – we should seek out ways to restore ourselves. Let me empower you with the tools and techniques to eliminate pain in your body and life.

Improved Performance: I work with you to identify your body’s “blind spots” using my subjective eye and experience and sometimes using a formal screening process called FMS. Both allow me to choose self-treatments specifically for you. Together, we’ll get you feeling better and performing at your best, in whatever it is that you do.
